Automation Traders offers warranty against entire stock for 30 days if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you received any item faulty or wrong then you need to inform us within 30 days after Receiving.
Kindly must check the model/Part number before placing the order, or contact-us for technical information. If our item is working an correct model which you order but not compatible with your machine, then item will not cover the warranty.
For return the item, we will issue replacement first (if available), if not available then will issue refund.
After confirmig the return with customer care department, you must need to sent item back.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 30 Days.
